针对性护理干预对初次捐献机献血者疼痛评分及满意度的影响

Effect of Targeted Nursing Intervention on Pain Score and Satisfaction of First-time Blood Donors

目的研究针对性护理干预对初次捐献机献血者疼痛评分及满意度的影响.方法选取2020年1月-2021年12月在本站初次捐献机献血者100例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例.对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予针对性护理干预,观察比较两组献血者疼痛度评分、心理状态(焦虑、抑郁评分)、护理满意度、不良反应发生率以及再次献血率.结果观察组疼痛、焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度96.00%高于对照组82.00%(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率2.00%低于对照组14.00%(P<0.05);随访6个月,观察组再次献血率80.00%高于对照组50.00%(P<0.05).结论针对性护理干预可提高初次捐献机献血者满意度,减轻患者疼痛度,改善焦虑和抑郁情绪,提升再次献血率,预防不良反应发生,可实现较理想护理效果.

Objective To study the effect of targeted nursing intervention on pain score and satisfaction of first-time blood donors.Methods A total of 100 first-time blood donors from January 2020 to December 2020 were randomly 2021 into control group and observation group with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given targeted nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing,the pain score,psychological status(anxiety,depression),nursing satisfaction,adverse reaction rate and re-blood donation rate were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The scores of pain,anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the Control Group(P&Lt;0.05),the satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(96.00%vs 82.00%,(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(2.00%vs 14.00%,P<0.05)After 6 months follow-up,the rate of re-donation in the observation group(80.00%)was higher than that in the control group(50.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing intervention can improve the satisfaction of first-time blood donors,relieve pain,improve anxiety and depression,improve the rate of re-blood donation,prevent adverse reactions,and achieve a better nursing effect.
