经尿道前列腺双极等离子电切术和前列腺电切术治疗良性前列腺增生疗效的研究

Transurethral Plasmakinetic Resection of the Prostate and Transurethral Resection of the Prostate for the Treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

目的研究经尿道前列腺双极等离子电切术和前列腺电切术治疗良性前列腺增生的临床疗效.方法选择我院2019年7月-2021年7月之间接诊的50例良性前列腺增生患者为研究对象,采用随机分组的方式,分为对比组和观察组2组,各组25例.对比组采取前列腺电切术治疗,观察组采取经尿道前列腺双极等离子电切术,观察比较两组患者临床手术指标、并发症发生率和预后情况.结果观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、膀胱冲洗时间、导尿管留置时间以及住院时间均小于对比组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率8.00%要低于对比组24.00%(P<0.05);观察组患者的残留尿量、国际前列腺症状评分小于对比组,最大尿流率大于对比组,生活质量评分大于对照组(P<0.05).结论经尿道前列腺双极等离子电切术治疗良性前列腺增生,手术时间短,术中出血量少,膀胱冲洗、导尿管留置以及住院时间短,且可降低并发症发生率,提高生活质量水平,减少残留尿量,降低前列腺症状评分,可实现较理想的治疗效果.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of transurethral bipolar plasmakinetic resection of the prostate(TURP)and transurethral resection of the prostate(TURP)for the treatment of Benign prostatic hyperplasia prostate.Methods A total of 50 patients with Benign prostatic hyperplasia 2021 from July 2019 to July 2019 were randomly divided into control group and Observation Group,there were 25 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with transurethral resection of the prostate,while those in the observation group were treated with transurethral bipolar plasmakinetic resection of the prostate.Results The time of operation,blood loss,bladder irrigation,indwelling catheter and hospital stay in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05)The incidence of complications in the observation group(8.00%)was lower than that in the control group(24.00%,P<0.05),the residual urine volume and international prostate symptom score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the maximum urine flow rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the score of quality of life was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Transurethral bipolar plasmakinetic resection of the prostate for the treatment of Benign prostatic hyperplasia can reduce the incidence of complications,reduce intraoperative bleeding,bladder irrigation,indwelling catheters and hospital stay,to improve the level of quality of life,reduce the residual urine,reduce the prostate symptom score,can achieve a more ideal treatment effect.
