连续性护理对小儿斜视术后视功能恢复及生活质量的影响

Effect of Continuous Nursing on Visual Function Recovery and Quality of Life in Children with Strabismus after Operation

目的分析小儿斜视术后连续性护理的应用效果.方法选取我院2019年7月-2021年6月80例接受小儿斜视术的患者,按随机分组对照研究,将采取常规护理干预的40例患者作为对照组,将采取连续性护理干预的40例患者作为观察组,观察两组干预效果,包括术后视功能恢复情况以及生活质量评分情况.结果观察组双眼视功能恢复明显高于对照组,差异明显(P<0.05);观察组各项生活质量评分高于对照组,差异明显(P<0.05).结论小儿斜视术后采取连续性护理可显著恢复患儿双眼视功能,转为正常网膜对应.同时还能提高患儿生活质量,临床应用价值显著.

Objective To analyze the application effect of continuous nursing after pediatric strabismus surgery.Methods 80 patients who underwent pediatric strabismus surgery in our hospital from July 2019 to June 2021 were randomly divided into control groups.40 patients who received routine nursing intervention were taken as the control group,and 40 patients who received continuous nursing intervention were taken as the observation group.The intervention effects of the two groups were observed,including postoperative visual function recovery and quality of life score.Results The recovery of binocular visual function in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The scores of quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing after strabismus surgery can significantly restore the binocular visual function of children and turn to normal omental correspondence.At the same time,it can also improve the quality of life of children with significant clinical value.
