摘要
目的研究分析给予微信平台的同伴教育护理模式对肝癌介入患者术后心理、自我护理能力及生活品质的影响.方法选择在我院接受治疗的1815例行肝癌介入术治疗的患者展开分析,患者的入院时间在2021年1月-2021年12月,将参与研究的患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=908)和对照组(n=907).两组患者均需要实施常规护理,而观察组患者则在此基础上实施同伴教育.对比分析两组患者的术后心理状态、自我护理能力以及生活质量.结果护理后,观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,2组QOL-30、ESCA评分均高于护理前,且观察组均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论对肝癌介入术治疗患者,实施基于微信平台的同伴教育护理模式具有较好的应用效果,值得临床推广.
Objective To study and analyze the effect of peer education and nursing mode given to wechat platform on postoperative psychology,self-care ability and quality of life of patients with liver cancer after interventional therapy.Methods 1815 patients who received interventional therapy for liver cancer in our hospital were selected for analysis.The admission time of the patients was from January 2021 to December 2021.The patients participating in the study were randomly divided into observation group(n=908)and control group(n=907).Both groups of patients needed routine nursing,while the observation group carried out peer education on this basis.The postoperative psychological status,self-care ability and quality of life of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After nursing,there were significant differences in SAS scores,SDS scores,ESCA scores and qol-30 scores between the two groups.The SAS scores and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,while the ESCA scores and qol-30 scores were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The peer education nursing model based on wechat platform has a good application effect for patients with liver cancer undergoing interventional therapy,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
