摘要 目的观察鼻内镜鼻窦手术联合低温等离子下鼻甲射频消融术治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的临床效果.方法为了分析具体的治疗选择,选择了近两年我院接受治疗的70例慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为观察组和对照组,观察组患者接受鼻内镜鼻窦手术联合低温等离子下鼻甲射频消融术,实验组患者接受鼻内镜鼻窦手术.对比两组患者的临床效果.结果进行总有效率情况分析可知,其中观察组患者的治疗有效率要明显高于对照组.结论鼻内镜鼻窦手术联合低温等离子下鼻甲射频消融术相对于传统的鼻内镜鼻窦手术有着更好的临床效果,治疗后患者能尽快恢复,减少了手术阶段的不良反应,因此值得临床推广. Objective To observe the clinical effect of endoscopic sinus surgery combined with low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation of turbinate for chronic rhinosinusitis.Methods In order to analyze the specific treatment options,select the nearly two years the hospital treated 70 cases of chronic nasal sinusitis patients as the research object,by using stochastic indicator will be divided into the observation group and control group,the observation group of patients undergoing nasal endoscopic sinus surgery combined under the low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation middle turbinate,and the experimental group patients received nasal endoscopic sinus surgery.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group.Conclusion Endoscopic sinus surgery combined with low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation of nasal turbinate has better clinical effect than traditional endoscopic sinus surgery,patients can recover as soon as possible after treatment,and reduce adverse reactions during the operation stage,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
