预见性护理在预防老年糖尿病低血糖患者中的应用

Application of Predictive Nursing in Prevention of Hypoglycemia in Elderly Diabetic Patients

目的探究分析在老年糖尿病患者中采取预见性护理对于预防低血糖的效果.方法从2019年1月-2020年12月我院收治的老年糖尿病患者中抽选88例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,实验组44例,采取预见性护理,对照组44例,采取常规护理,对比两组临床护理效果.结果实验组患者遵医优良率(95.45%)、护理满意度(97.73%)明显高于对照组(79.55%、86.36%),低血糖发生率(4.55%)明显低于对照组(18.18%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在老年糖尿病低血糖患者中采取预见性护理能够有效减少低血糖症状,低血糖发生率更低,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of preventive nursing on hypoglycemia in elderly diabetic patients.Methods From January 2019 to December 2020 in our hospital in the elderly patients with diabetes 88 cases were selected,using random number table method divided into two groups,experimental group 44 cases,take predictive care,control group 44 cases,take routine care,compared the two groups of clinical nursing effect.Results The good compliance rate(95.45%)and nursing satisfaction(97.73%)of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(79.55%,86.36%),the incidence of hypoglycemia(4.55%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(18.18%),the difference was statistically significant(<0.05).Conclusion In elderly diabetic patients with hypoglycemia,taking predictive nursing can effectively reduce the symptoms of hypoglycemia,the incidence of hypoglycemia is lower,it is worthy of clinical application.
