急性重症胆囊炎患者行胆囊穿刺引流术的护理作用评价

Nursing evaluation of gallbladder puncture and drainage in patients with acute severe cholecystitis

目的探讨急性重症胆囊炎患者行胆囊穿刺引流术的护理作用.方法随机抽样法选取近一年本院90例急性重症胆囊炎患者,行胆囊穿刺引流术.模球法分组:对照组(45例)予以常规护理,研究组(45例)予以护理干预.比较两组干预效果.结果两组术后3d、7d时VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组SAS、SDS评分及并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论急性重症胆囊炎患者行胆囊穿刺引流术期间辅以护理干预可减轻术后疼痛程度,调节心理状态,预防相关并发症.

Objective To explore the nursing effect of gallbladder puncture and drainage in patients with acute severe cholecysti tis.Methods 90 cases of acute severe cholecystitis in our hospi tal were randomly selected for gallbladder puncture and drainage.Mold ball method grouping:control group(45 cases)to the routine nursing,research group(45 cases)to the nursing intervention.The effect of intervention was compared between the two groups.Results VAS scores at 3 days and 7 days after surgery were lower in the two groups than in the control group(<0.05);The rate of SAS,SDS and compl ications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(<0.05).Conclusion In patients wi th acute severe cholecysti tis,nursing intervention during gal lbladder puncture and drainage can reduce postoperative pain,regulate psychological state and prevent related compl ications.
