类风湿关节炎重叠系统性红斑狼疮二例并文献复习

摘要 例1女,52岁,因"间断游走性多关节肿痛5年余,伴脱发1个月余,发热1周"于2010年8月5日入院.2005年诊断为类风湿关节炎.间断口服双氯灭痛、柳氮磺胺嘧啶、甲氨蝶呤等药物维持治疗,病情控制尚可.近1个月出现口腔溃疡、面部红斑,活动后胸闷.查体:体温38.5℃,脉搏86次/min,血压120/70 mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa).两侧面颊部可见蝶形红斑.双手近端指间关节呈梭形肿胀,双膝关节肿胀,伴压痛.心肺腹部无异常.
