时栅位移传感器行波产生新方法 被引量:1

摘要 时栅位移传感器的核心是时空转换思想,其关键是构建一个无限长匀速运动的栅尺,时栅位移传感器采用了行波来构建这样一个栅尺,因此对行波产生新方法的研究有助于推动时栅位移传感器的研究和发展.分析目前行波产生方法及优缺点,进而提出一种,一种基于光电信号耦合和驻波调制的行波产生新方法.搭建了实验平台,初步实验表明该设计方案是可行的,产生出正确的行波信号,其峰值为300 mV,周期为99.50 us.并与磁场式时栅位移传感器产生的行波进行了对比,表明该设计方案产生的行波信号质量更好.此设计方案摆脱了目前通过电磁耦合获得信号的方式,并且将时栅位移传感器的研究工作究领域从电磁领域拓宽到了光电领域,提供了研究时栅、提高时栅测量精度的新思路、方法、手段,推动了时栅传感器的发展. The core of time grating displacement sensor is the"time space transformation idea",the key is to construct an"infinite uni form motion of the grating ruler",time grating displacement sensor used for traveling waves to construct such a grating ruler.So the research on new methods of traveling wave generated will help to promote research and development of time grating displacement sensor.Analysis of current traveling wave generation method and the advantages and disadvantages,and puts forward a new design plan,this is based on the photoelectic signal coupling and standing wave modulated traveling waves to generate new methods.To build an experimen tal platform,preliminary experiments show that the design scheme is feasible,produce the correct traveling wave signal,the peak at 300mV,with period 99.50us.And compared with the traveling wave by generated magnetic field time grating displacement sensor,show that the design of traveling wave signal quality is better.This design out of the current signal obtained by electromagnetic coupling,and the research work in the field study grating displacement sensor from electromagnetic fields to broaden the field of optoelectronics,pro vides the research time grating,improve the measurement accuracy of the gate new ideas,methods,means,promote development of time grating displacement sensor.
