Design of shafting for Lunar-based two-dimensional turntable

摘要 轴系的刚度、强度和固有频率直接影响着二维转台的稳定性、精度和跟踪性能.为了适应月基复杂环境以及登月过程中严格力学条件,设计了一种适用月基环境的二维转台轴系.首先,进行了轴系方案的选择、环境适应性设计以及刚度设计,采用了角接触球轴承和深沟球轴承组合使用以及定位预紧轴系的方案;然后,进行了轴系的精度分析以及整机工程分析;最后,进行了整机的力学试验、运动机构的高低温试验以及转角测定.试验结果表明,二维转台X向一阶谐振频率为126 Hz,该轴系具有良好的刚度、强度以及环境适应性,在-40℃~+80℃温度范围内工作正常.该二维转台的轴系适用月基环境,可以满足工程任务要求. The stability,dimensional accuracy and tracking performance of the turntable is directly afected by the shafting stiffness,strength and natural frequency.In order to meet complex environment of the moon and harsh mechanical conditions during the lunar landing,a shafting for lunar-based two-dimensional turntable is designed.First,the selection of shafing forms,the design of environ-mental adaptability and stiffness is carried out.The angular contact ball bearings and deep groove ball bearings are used in combination and positioning preload shafing method is used.Then,the precision analysis and the finite element analysis of shafting is performed.At last,the mechanical test,the temperature test of the moving mechanism and the angle measurement are carried out.The experimental re sults show that the first order resonant frequency of the two-dimensional turntable is 126 Hz,and the shafing has good rigidity,strength and environment adaptability,and it is normal in the temperature range of -40℃ to + 80℃.The shafting of the two-dimensional turntable can adapt to the lunar-based environment,and it can satisfy the requirements of engineering tasks.
