摘要
A型眼科超声测量仪通过测量角膜厚度和眼轴长度,为眼科疾患的诊断和治疗提供重要信息.为了保证眼科超声测量仪的有效使用,对其进行计量校准就显得尤为重要,但目前国家对其还没有相关的计量技术规范,基于此本文研究其校准方法,包括校准项目和条件、校准方法等,实际应用表明此校准方法能较客观地评估A型眼科超声测量仪的性能,可以为其计量技术规范的制定提供参考.总之,随着医疗计量体系的逐步完善,A型眼科超声测量仪的质量将得以保证并不断提高.
A mode ulrasonic biometer for ophthalmology is used to measure the thickness of cormeal and the length of Ocular axis,provide important information for diagnosis and treatment of ophthalmic diseases.In order to assure the effective use of the biometer,it is critical to measure and calibrate it,but there is no relative intemal measure technology criterion for it now.Thus the calibration method for it is researched in this paper,including calibration items,conditions and method.The results demonstrate that the calibration method can evaluate the performance of A mode ultrasonic biometer for ophthalmology objectively,the research can provide reference for the measure technology crterion enactment.In a summarization,the quality of A mode ultrasonic biometer for ophthalmology will be assured and improved with the improvement of medical metrology system.
