摘要
阐述了热轧线板坯在加热炉加热和轧制生产线轧制过程中产生氧化铁皮现象,分析了氧化铁皮产生的原因,通过TRIZ创新工具和方法提出解决措施,找到了解决问题的最终方案,带钢表面质量改善效果明显.
Deseribe the phenomenon of slab scale generation in the process of heating furnace heating and rolling,and analyze the reason.The solution is put forward by means of TRIZ innovation tools and methods.The final solution is found.The strip surface quality is improved obviously.
