热成像技术在高炉的应用及故障分析

摘要 针对目前高炉工艺配备一套十字测温装置和1套炉内红外成像仪已经不能满足新技术和智能控制要求下的大生产需要,因此采用热成像技术进行升级改造,并且对运行中出现的故障进行跟踪分析,解决了十字测温只测温,红外成像只成像的不足,合二为一、维护简单、减少了故障. At present one blast furnace equipped with a set of cross temperature measuring device and a set of infrared imager inside furnace can't meet the requirements of large-scale production with new technology and intelligent control.Therefore the thermal imaging technology is used for upgrading.The fault occurred in the operation is tracked and analyzed.The cross temperature measuring device can only measure temperature,and the infrared imager can only image.Aiming at this deficiency,two devic-es are integrated so as to reduce failure and achieve easy maintenance.
