摘要
以链节数为6的端氨丙基聚甲基苯基硅氧烷为原料,分别与均苯四甲酸二酐、联苯四酸二酐、二苯酮四酸二酐、三苯二醚四酸二酐进行缩聚,制备了4种聚酰亚胺-硅氧烷共聚物,利用固体核磁、热失重分析仪、万能材料试验机等对其交联密度、热稳定性和力学性能进行了研究.结果表明,4种共聚物都呈柔性,聚硅氧烷中苯基与酸酐中苯基的π-π相互作用可提高分子间作用力及相容性,且4种共聚物均表现出较好的热稳定性.
Four polyimide。siloxane copolymers were synthesized by condensation of aminopropyl。termina—ted polymethylphenylsiloxane with pyromellitic dianhydride,diphenyhetrahydride,diphenylketotetraanhydride and triphenylether tetrahydride.The crosslinking density,thermal stability and mechanical properties of the copolymers were studied by solid—state nuclear magnetic resonance,thermogravimetric analyzer and universal material tester.Results show that the four copolymers are flexible.The interaction between phenyl in polysi—loxane and phenyl in anhydride,can improve the intermoleeular force and compatibility,and all show good thermal stability.
