摘要
以1,3-双(3-氨基丙基)-1,1,3,3-四甲基二硅氧烷和八甲基环四硅氧烷(D_(4))为原料、四甲基氢氧化铵[(CH_(3))_(4)NOH]硅醇盐为催化剂,合成了端氨丙基聚二甲基硅氧烷.研究了反应温度及时间对D4转化率的影响、封端剂用量对产物重均摩尔质量、氨值的影响;并加入洗发水中,考察其应用性能.较佳工艺为:反应温度110℃、反应时间2h、催化剂质量分数0.75%,在此条件下D_(4)转化率约为88%;封端剂用量的对数值与产物重均摩尔质量的对数值及产物黏度的对数值均具有线性关系;应用实验表明,与进口同类产品相比,由该产物配成的洗发水,泡沫更为丰富持久,黏度稳定性更高,使用后头发的梳理性更佳,光泽度更好.
Aminopropyl end capped polydimethylsiloxane was synthesized in the present of tetramethylam-monium hydroxide[(CH_(3))_(4)NOH]silanolate catalyst,with 1,3-bis(3-aminopropyl)-1,1,3,3-tetram-ethyldisiloxane(aminopropyl end capping agent)and octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane(D_(4))as the reactants.Effects of the temperature and time on the reaction conversion of D_(4) were investigated.Effects of amounts of blocking agent on the weight-average molar mass and amino value of the product were studied as well.The application performance of the blocking agent was examined by adding it into the shampoo.Experiment results showed that the optimal operation conditions was 100~110℃,2 h,dosage of silanolate catalyst 0.75%(based on the total mass of D_(4)),thus the reaction conversion of D_(4) was 88%.The amount of blocking agent had a linear relationship with the value of the numerical value and the weight average molar mass of the product and the viscosity of the product.Application experiment showed that compared with the blank sample or the similar imported products,the shampoo had more durable bubbles,higher viscosity stability,and better use of hair combing and better glossiness.
