EDA仿真技术在芯片适配验证中的应用研究

摘要 芯片适配验证是指通过仿真、测试、分析等技术方法对芯片与板卡的适配性进行综合评判.在开展测试、分析前,预先采用EDA仿真技术对芯片适配验证的可行性进行初步研判,有助于降低适配验证成本、提高适配验证效率.本文探索了电、热、机械和可靠性等EDA仿真技术在芯片适配验证中的应用方法,并通过一个具体案例展示其应用成效. Chip adaptation verification refers to the comprehensive evaluation of the adaptability between chip and board through simulation,test,analysis and other technical methods.Before testing and analysis,EDA simulation technology is used to preliminarily study and judge the feasibility of chip adaptation verification,which helps to reduce the cost of adaptation verification and improve the efficiency of adaptation verification.This paper explores the application methods of EDA simulation technologies such as electricity,heat,machinery and reliability in chip adaptation verification,and shows its application results through a specific case.
