摘要
针对传统系统在电梯曳引轮轮槽磨损状况监测预警应用中存在信度值较低的问题,提出电梯曳引轮轮槽磨损状况监测预警系统设计.系统硬件方面设计了轮廓检测传感器和预警器,用于对监测数据采集和监测结果预警;系统软件方面,采用最小二乘法对电梯曳引轮轮槽轮廓数据拟合,利用差值换算法将轮廓拟合数据换算成磨损量,根据磨损量输出电梯曳引轮轮槽磨损状况预警等级,从而实现系统设计.经实验证明,设计系统预警结果信度值高于传统系统,具有较好的可靠性和可行性.
Aiming at the problem of low reliability in the application of the traditional system in the monitoring and early warning application of the wear condition of the elevator traction sheave groove,the design of the monitoring and early warning system for the wear condition of the elevator traction sheave groove is proposed.In terms of system hardware,contour detection sensors and early warning devices are designed to collect monitoring data and provide early warning of monitoring results;in terms of system software,the least squares method is used to fit the contour data of the elevator traction sheave groove,and the difference conversion algorithm is used to convert the contour.The fitting data is converted into the wear amount,and the early warning level of the wear condition of the elevator traction sheave groove is output according to the wear amount,so as to realize the system design.Experiments show that the reliability value of the early warning results of the designed system is higher than that of the traditional system,and it has better reliability and feasibility.
