基于云原生和区块链的高校智能人事系统的研究

摘要 高校人事工作存在数据存储低效、系统智能化水平低、用户操作体验差等问题,通过构建高校人事智能系统,融入人工智能中的机器学习和深度学习等交互式可视化技术,实现系统自动化与数据可视化.但AI技术的使用需要系统提供大量的算力和带宽,易影响系统运行效率.本文提出使用云原生边缘计算K8S和KubeEdge管理平台对系统节点、设备、应用、模型、数据和路由进行统一管理,结合区块链的不可篡改和可追溯特性设计边缘节点数据共识流程,实现系统去中心化管理.改进后,提高了系统安全性与人事工作效率. The personnel work in colleges and universities has problems such as inefficient data storage,low level of system intelligence,and poor user experience.By building a college personnel intelligence system and integrating interactive visualization technologies such as machine learning and deep learning in artificial intelligence,system automation and data can be realized.visualization.However,the use of AI technology requires the system to provide a large amount of computing power and bandwidth,which easily affects the operating efficiency of the system.This paper proposes to use cloud-native edge computing K8S and KubeEdge management platforms to manage system nodes,devices,applications,models,data and routing in a unified manner,and design the edge node data consensus process in combination with the non-tamperable and traceable features of blockchain to achieve system de-Centralized management.After the improvement,the system security and personnel work efficiency are improved.
