本文针对现阶段大数据形势下融媒体广播电视安全播出存在的问题,提出了结合新兴技术应用与推广、保障策略的创新与应用,针对广播电视内容的制作、数据的采集、信号的传输以及节目的播出等环节,有效解决地市级广播电视安全播出的问题,并通过技术设计和策略分析,有效提高广播电视安全播出的工作效率和播出质量,强化了系统运行的稳定性,为未来智能化、自动化、无人化发展提供了技术平台.

Aiming at the problems existing in the safe broadcasting of financial media radio and television under the situation of big data at the present stage,this paper proposes to effectively solve the problems of safe broadcasting of radio and television at the prefecture and municipal level by combining the application and promotion of emerging technologies,the innovation and application of guarantee strategies,and aiming at the production of radio and television content,data acquisition,signal transmission and program broadcasting,through technical design and strategy analysis,it can effectively improve the work efficiency and broadcasting quality of safe broadcasting of radio and television,strengthen the stability of system operation,and provide a technical platform for the development of intelligence,automation and unmanned in the future.
