关于POCT便携式血糖仪与生化分析仪血糖结果对比研究

Comparative Study on Blood Glucose Results of Poct Portable Blood Glucose Meter and Biochemical Analyzer

探究与对比POCT便捷式血糖仪与生化分析仪血糖结果.选择2020年7月—2021年7月在本院开展血糖检测的糖尿病患者60例为研究对象,分别开展POCT便捷式血糖仪与生化分析仪检测.对晨起空腹血糖水平与餐后2h的血糖水平检测,也对测定结果开展一致性分析.2种检测方式并无明显差异,且具有良好的一致性.POCT便捷式血糖仪与生化分析仪在血糖检测中,结果并无明显的差异.但是,POCT有着检测方式便捷、读数快速等优势,可将其当做糖尿病患者开展血糖检测的首选方法.

To explore and compare the blood glucose results of POCT convenient blood glucose analyzer and biochemical analyzer.60 diabetic patients with blood glucose testing in our hospital from July 2020 to July 2021 were selected for POCT convenient blood glucose meter and biochemical analyzer testing respectively.Detection of the morning fasting blood glucose level and 2h after dinner,a consistency analysis of the measurement results was also performed.There were no significant differences between the two tests and showed good agreement.There was no significant difference between POCT glucose and biochemical analyzer.However,POCT has the advantages of convenient detection method and fast reading,which can be regarded as the preferred method for diabetic patients'blood glucose to carry out blood glucose testing.
