国内MOOC学习行为研究:近10年文献的系统分析

摘要 随着互联网和信息技术的发展,在线学习趋向常态化.MOOC作为在线学习领域的主导力量,自2012年推出以来就备受广大学习者的青睐.热潮掀起的同时,慕课的低完成率和高流失率也成为了当下亟需解决的问题.本文从国内MOOC学习行为的视角出发,通过计量分析法和内容分析法对近10年相关文献进行搜集、整理和可视化分析,透视目前我国慕课发展所存在的不足与研究现状,并结合分析结果提出展望,为进一步提升MOOC学习者持续学习行为与学习质量、降低MOOC辍学率提供参考与借鉴. With the development of the Internet and information technology,online learning tends to be normalized.As the leading force in the field of online learning,MOOC has been favored by the majority of learners since its launch in 2012.At the same time as the boom,the low completion rate and high churn rate of MOOC have also become problems that need to be solved urgently.From the perspective of domestic MOOC learning behavior,this paper collects,organizes,and visualizes relevant literature in the past 10 years through quantitative analysis and content analysis,analyzes the current shortcomings and research status of MOOC development in China,and combines the analysis results,prospects are put forward to provide reference for further improving the continuous learning behavior and learning quality of MOOC learners and reducing the MOOC dropout rate.
