基于虚拟仿真软件的化工单元操作技术课程改革研究

摘要 现代化的信息技术与制造业不断融合,对产业的变革产生了深远的影响,将产业的发展方式进行创新,对其进行合理的布局,可以促进运行模式以及经济增长点的提高.与此同时,我国现代职业教育将培养高素质人才作为主要目标,将教育进行相关的改革与创新,可以帮助学生适应社会发展的进程,满足企业化生产对专业人才的需求.化工单元操作技术课程是化学工艺专业的核心课程,该课程的设计部分是化工原理中的重点实验对象,也是学生展现综合能力的重要环节.利用虚拟仿真软件对化学原理进行实验,可以保证实验过程具有科学性、智能性以及便捷性,同时可以满足专业实验操作的要求.基于此,本文主要对基于虚拟仿真软件的化工单元操作技术课程改革研究进行分析. With the continuous integration of the modern information technology and the manufacturing industry,it has had a profound impact on the reform of the industry.Innovate the development mode of the industry and make a reasonable layout,so as to promote the improvement of the operation mode and economic growth points.At the same time,China's modern vocational education is to take training high-quality talents as the main goal,to carry out related reform and innovation,which can help students adapt to the process of social development,but also to meet the needs of enterprise production for professional talents.The Chemical industry unit operation technology course is the core course in the chemical technology major.The design part of this course is also the key experimental object in the principle of chemical industry,and it is also an important link for students to show their comprehensive ability.Using virtual simulation software to experiment on chemical principles can ensure that the experimental process is scientific,intelligent and convenient,but also can meet the requirements of professional experimental operation.Based on this,this paper mainly analyzes the curriculum reform of chemical unit operation technology based on virtual simulation software.
