冷冻除湿机进口结构对气液分离影响数值模拟分析

摘要 为了优化设计冷冻除湿机进口结构,采用STAR-CCM+软件对4种不同进口结构的冷冻除湿机气液分离器进行了数值模拟分析.研究结果表明,光滑曲面过渡比平面过渡的总压降减少了0.4%;进口长度从200 mm减小到100 mm的过程中,总压降减少了2.6%;方案4的气流切向速度最大,方案3的量纲一化平均行程最大. In order to optimize the design of the inlet structure of the refrigerating dehumidifier,the STAR-CCM+software was used to carry out numerical simulation analysis on the gas-liquid separators of 4 different inlet structures of the refrigerating dehumidifier.The research results show that the total pressure drop of smooth surface transition is 0.4%lower than that of plane transition;the total pressure drop is reduced by 2.6%when the inlet length is reduced from 200 mm to 100 mm;scheme 4 has the highest tangential velocity of airflow,scheme 3 The dimension-normalized mean travel is max.
