基于手语翻译小程序"如获心声"的研究与设计

Research and Design of Wechat Applet Based Sign Language Translation Service Platform

目前,我国听障人士至少有2057万.由于听觉、语言功能受限,他们大多借助手语同外界进行交流.而手语行业发展缓慢,北京市甚至没有一名通过国家手语翻译资格认证的专业人才,相应的辅助翻译工具也尚未普及.为帮助听障人士更好融入社会,满足他们在出行、购物、就医等方面的基本生活需要,本文设计了"如获心声"—听障人士手语翻译微信小程序,其能够实现手语-汉语双向互译的功能,以帮助听障人士与健听者实时顺畅沟通.该设计可免去寻找手语翻译专员的人力、物力,大大降低交流成本,同时只需手机支持,而无需其他硬件支撑,相比同类其他产品更具便携性.

At present,there are at least 20.57 million people who are suffering from hearing impaired in China.Due to limited physical functions in hearing and language,most of them use sign language to communicate with people around them.However,the sign language industry has been developing slowly.Beijing does not even have one professional who has passed the national sign language translation qualification certification,and the corresponding auxiliary translation tools have not yet been popularized.In order to help the hearing-impaired people to better integrate into the society and meet their basic life needs in travel,shopping,medical treatment,etc.,this paper designed a sign language translation WeChat applet,which acts like a mutual translator to realize face-to-face sign language-Chinese communication.This design can save the manpower and material resources of finding a sign language interpreter,and greatly reduce communication costs.At the same time,it only needs mobile phone support instead of other hardware support,which can be more portable than other similar products.
