智能终端操作系统的隐私关注边界研究

Research on Privacy Concern Boundary of Intelligent Terminal Operating System

智能终端操作系统作为连通终端用户与第三方的基础,也是捍卫用户隐私安全的关键路径.而其隐私政策文本则是保护个人隐私的重要关口.本研究将隐私关注边界理论作为分析框架,智能终端操作系统面向应用的隐私政策文本作为研究对象.[方法/过程]首先通过主题分析模型(LDA)建模提取隐私政策的主题及特征词,再以词频权重算法(TF-IDF)计算结果作为标识主题标签的辅助要素,最终通过网络分析软件Gephi绘制共现矩阵,直观呈现出智能终端操作系统的隐私关注主题及边界.通过对智能终端操作系统面向应用的隐私政策文本进行研究,得到以下两点结论.(1)移动互联时代开源型操作系统和封闭型操作系统的共同隐私关注是:原生应用提供的功能与服务及其适用人群的分级审查,和对用户数据运用的关注.二者的隐私关注边界为:开源型操作系统更为关注广告投放的合规性审查;封闭型操作系统则关注原生应用对用户信息收集、共享与保护的整体流程.(2)万物互联时代操作系统隐私关注边界的新发展:由对功能服务与用户数据使用场景的关注,发展为对开发者和第三方进行市场合作时信息共享方式透明化的关注.通过以上研究结论能够获知如何更好地在网络空间中对个人隐私关注边界进行管理与协调.

Intelligent terminal operating system,as the basis of connecting terminal users with the third party,is also the key path to safeguard user privacy security,and the text of its privacy policy is an important gateway to protect personal privacy.[Method/process]This paper takes the privacy concerm boundary theory as the analysis framework,and the application-oriented privacy policy text of intelligent terminal operating system as the research object.The research methods:first,the study takes theme analysis model(LDA)to extract the theme of the privacy policy and the key words,and then,with word frequency weighting algorithm(TF-IDF)results as auxiliary elements of topic tags,the network analysis software Gephi is used to draw the co-occurTence matrix,intuitive present intelligent terminal privacy concerns themes and boundary of the operating system.Following the above research path,through the study of the application-o-riented privacy policy text of intelligent terminal operating system,the following are the conclusions:(1)The common privacy concerns of open source operating system and closed operating system in the era of mobile Internet are:hierarchical review of functions and services provided by native applications and their applicable groups,as well as concerns about user data utilization.The boundary of privacy concern between the two is:open source operating system pays more attention to the compliance review of advertising;while the closed operating system focuses on the overall process of user information collection,and sharing and protection by native applications.(2)The new development of the operating system privacy concern boundary in the Internet of Everything era:from the focus on functional services and user data usage scenarios to transparency of information sharing mode in market cooperation between developers and the third parties.Through the above research,we can learn how to better manage and coordinate the boundaries of personal privacy concerns in cyberspace.
