电子政务使用对政府信任的影响及其作用机制研究

Research on the Effect and Mechanism of E-government Use on Government Trust

探究电子政务使用对于政府信任的影响具有重要的理论与实践意义,但目前对于电子政务与政府信任之间关系与作用机制研究不够充分.基于573份样本数据分析电子政务使用、政府透明、主流媒体接触与政府信任之间关系,运用SPSS软件验证研究假设.研究表明:电子政务使用对政府信任存在显著正向影响,政府透明在其中发挥了部分中介作用;主流媒体接触不仅能够调节电子政务使用和政府透明对政府信任的影响,而且会调节政府透明在电子政务使用与政府信任之间的中介作用.本研究拓展了电子政务与政府信任之间关系的研究视角和成果,对于更好的推进电子政务建设、提升公民政府信任水平具有现实意义.

It is of important theoretical and practical signifcance to explore the effect of E-government use on government trust.However,the research on the relationship and mechanism between E-government and govermment trust is insufficient at present.Based on 573 sample data,this paper analyses the relationship between E-government use,government transparency,mainstream media contact and government trust and uses SPSS to verify the research hypothesis.Results show that the E-government use has a significant positive impact on government trust,in which govemment transparency plays a part of the intermediary role.Mainstream media contact can not only regulate the influence of e-govermment use and government transparency on government trust,but also regulate the mediating role of government transparency between E-goverment use and government trust.This study expands the research perspective of the relationship between E-government and government trust,and has practical significance for better promoting the E-government construction and the level of citizens’trust in government.
