急诊应用无创正压通气治疗急性左心衰的临床效果分析被引量：4

摘要目的研究急诊应用无创正压通气治疗急性左心衰的临床效果.方法本次纳入2017年10月至2019年9月收治的94例急性左心衰患者展开研究,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组47例实施常规急诊治疗,观察组47例加用无创正压通气治疗.将两组的临床症状缓解时间、血气分析指标、心率、临床效果、住院时间进行比对.结果观察组患者的临床症状缓解时间、住院时间短于对照组,治疗后的PO2、临床总有效率高于对照组,PCO2、心率则低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在急性左心衰患者急诊治疗中采用无创正压通气能够迅速改善临床症状,促进患者血气分析指标改善,具有较高的治疗效果.
