摘要
随着我国城市化进程的推进,为解决持续增长的居住需求,租赁住房大量兴起.逐步走入社会的90后白领作为青年长租公寓的主要客群,其居住观念和生活方式随着社会经济的发展也在不断改变,对公寓户内和公共区域配置的要求也在发生变化.作为客群画像鲜明的居住产品,青年长租公寓更应以产品思维进行设计和研发.文章主要对面向青年客群的集中式长租公寓进行探讨,并通过大量的案例分析,研究如何借助"交互设计"有效营造符合年轻客群的共享场所,实现多元化用户体验.
With the advancement of urbanization in China,rental housing has sprung up in large numbers in order to meet the living needs.As the main group of rental apartments for young people,the post-1990s white-collar workers have gradually entered the society.With the development of social economy,their living concepts and lifestyles are constantly changing,and their requirements for the indoor space and public areas are also different.As a residential product with distinct identity of users,the rental apartment for young people should be designed and developed with product concepts.It is mainly discussed here about how to effectively create a sharing place for young customers by means of“interactive design”to achieve a diversified user experience through a large number of case studies of renta l apartment for young people.
