高密度住宅设计的建构形式探索

An Exploration of Construction Form in the Design of High-density Residential Buildings

在我国城市化进程飞速发展的过程中,传统高密度住宅的大量建设存在着资源浪费的弊端,而装配式住宅虽然在效率和成本上有着突出的优势,但难以满足使用者多样的居住需求.文章旨在探索一种模块化装配式高密度住宅的建构形式,以提高居住舒适度,并融入人文关怀与自然体验.探讨了建构形式、功能与建造技术之间的关系;通过居住单元模块化的设计与组合,结合模块叠放的建构形式,确定建筑的内外秩序;最后应用框架核心筒结构,结合外挂框架与伸臂桁架,统一建筑的物理结构与秩序结构.

In the process of rapid development of urbanization in China,the abuse of resources waste exists in the construction of traditional high-density residential buildings.While the emergence of assembled residential building has prominent advantages in efficiency and cost,but it is still difficult to meet diverse living needs.Therefore,this paper aims to put forward a construction form of assembly high-density building,in order to improve living comfort and integrate humanistic care with natural experience.It discusses the relationship between construction form,function and construction technology.According to the construction form of overlapping modules,the internal and external order of the building are determined through the design.The application of the outrigger truss unifies physical structure and order structure of the building.
