摘要
为探究某烧结厂脱硝催化剂的失活原因,用不同方法对失活脱硝催化剂样品进行处理,并通过脱硝效率、XRF、BET、XRD及离子色谱等手段对处理后催化剂样品、新鲜催化剂样品和失活催化剂样品进行分析.结果表明,硫酸氢铵和碱金属是导致催化剂失活的根本原因.
In order to find out the deactivation causation of denitrification catalyst in a sintering plant,deactivated denitrification catalysts samples are treated by different methods.The treated,fresh and deactivated catalysts samples are compared thoroughly by denitrification efficiency,XRF,BET,XRD and ion chromatography.Result shows that ammonium bisulfate and alkali metals cause the catalyst to deactivate.
