With the development of science and technology,mobile phones are widely used all over the world,they are becoming more and more popular among Vocational school students.In order to keep in touch with their children wherever they want,most par?ents buy mobile phones for them.What's more,in most Vocational schools,There is less study pressure for vocational school students,they have more free time to use mobile phones.Most of students think that it is reasonable for them to own a mobile phone,because it is fashion to be equipped with a mobile phone.Without it,it is out of date.However,teachers are worrying about that most of students use mobile phones in a wrong way,it may influence their study.That is the teachers and the parents worry about.there are many advantages an disadvantages for using mobile phones.However,can vocational school students use them?
