How to guess the meaning of new words from context

摘要 Regarding previous studies on word-guessing strategy,the teaching context in Chinese ESL classroom and the charac?teristic of Chinese students,I would illustrate the appropriate way of teaching from three perspectives,including:1) What to focus in the context;2) Where to locate the contextual clues;3) Checking and Verifying.
