乡村振兴战略视角下的普惠金融发展研究

Research on the Development of Inclusive Finance from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization Strategy

普惠金融是乡村振兴战略的关键支撑,乡村振兴战略也为普惠金融发展带来新机遇.本文分析了普惠金融支持乡村振兴战略的重要作用,指出发展普惠金融中存在的困境与障碍,并借鉴普惠金融支持乡村振兴的全球实践,建议从畅通部门协调、推进金融创新、优化金融环境、加强金融监管等方面进一步加大普惠金融对乡村振兴战略的支持力度.

Inclusive Finance is the key support of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,and the Rural Revitalization Strategy also brings new opportunities for the development of Inclusive Finance.This paper analyzes the important role of Inclusive Finance in Supporting Rural Revitalization Strategy,points out the difficulties and obstacles existing in the development of Inclusive Finance,and draws lessons from the global practice of Inclusive Finance in supporting rural revitalization.It is suggested to improve the top-level design,smooth departmental coordination,promote financial innovation,optimize the financial environment Strengthen financial supervision and other five aspects to further strengthen the support of Inclusive Finance for the Rural Revitalization Strategy.
