全面护理模式在血液透析合并胆囊结石患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用

Application of Comprehensive Nursing Mode in Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy for Hemodialysis Patients with Gallstones

目的探讨全面护理模式在血液透析合并胆囊结石患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用价值.方法选取2018年4月-2021年4月我院收治的60例血液透析合并胆囊结石患者,随机分为观察组(全面护理)和对照组(常规护理),每组各30例.比较两组围手术期指标和并发症.结果与对照组比较,观察组肛门排气、体温恢复正常时间显著降低,观察组并发症发生率显著降低(P<0.05).结论全面护理模式在血液透析合并胆囊结石患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术中可缩短康复时间,安全性较高.

Objective To explore the value of comprehensive nursing mode in laparoscopic cholecystectomy for hemodialysis patients with gallstones.Methods 60 hemodialysis patients with gallstones were randomly divided into observation group(comprehensive nursing)and control group(routine nursing),30 cases in each group.The perioperative indicators and complications were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the time for anal exhaust and body temperature to return to normal in the observation group was significantly reduced,and the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing mode can shorten the recovery time in patients with hemodialysis complicated with gallstones undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy,which has higher safety.
