维持性血液透析患者眼底病变相关因素的研究进展

Research Progress on Related Factors of Fundus Lesions in Patients with Maintenance Hemodialysis

本文旨在分析维持性血液透析患者眼底病变的相关因素,通过查找和分析以往相关研究,整合有意义的研究结果,分析维持性血液透析状态下,影响眼底病变发生的相关因素.发现肾病及其他疾病患者在血液透析情况下某些因素可以加快眼底疾病的进程,如:高脂血引起血流不畅、糖尿病肾病引起的代谢异常、脂质代谢紊乱产生的代谢物等;还有些因素可以改善眼底疾病的发生,如:血液透析的清除毒素、降压以及VEGF扩张血管等功能.因此,对于维持性血液透析的患者来说,弄清这些因素对眼底病变的影响机制显得尤为重要.

This paper aims to analyze the related factors of fundus lesions in patients with maintenance hemodialysis.The study analyzed the related factors affecting the occurrence of fundus lesions under maintenance hemodialysis by searching and analyzing previous relevant studies and integrating meaningful research results.It was found that some factors in patients with nephropathy and other diseases under hemodialysis could accelerate the process of fundus diseases,such as blood flow dysfunction caused by high lipid blood,metabolic abnormalities caused by diabetic nephropathy,and metabolites produced by lipid metabolism disorders.Some factors could also improve the occurrence of fundus diseases,such as the clearance of toxins,antihypertensive and vascular expansion of VEGF in hemodialysis.Therefore,for patients with maintenance hemodialysis,it is particularly important to understand the influencing mechanism of these factors on fundus lesions.
