Effects of Hemodialysis on Renal Fibrosis and Renal Function in Patients with Chronic Kidney Disease

目的探讨血液透析(HD)治疗对慢性肾脏病(CKD)患者肾纤维化及肾功能的影响.方法选取2018年6月至2020年6月期间本院收治的80例CKD患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组各40例.对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在此基础上给予HD治疗,对比两组肾功能和肾纤维化.结果治疗后,观察组尿氮素(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr)水平低于对照组,血清透明质酸(HA)、Ⅳ型胶原(C-Ⅳ)水平低于对照组(P<0.05).结论HD治疗能够改善CKD患者的肾功能,从而延缓肾纤维化.

Objective This paper aims to investigate the effects of hemodialysis(HD)on renal fibrosis and renal function in patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD).Methods 80 patients with CKD in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to random number table,40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was given HD treatment on the basis of conventional treatment.Renal function and renal fibrosis were compared between the two groups.Results After the treatment,the levels of urinary nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(SCr)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;serum hyaluronic acid(HA),typeⅣcollagen(C-Ⅳ)were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion HD treatment can improve renal function in CKD patients,delaying renal fibrosis.
