维持性血液透析合并肺结核与普通肺结核患者的临床特点对比

Comparison of Clinical Characteristics of Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients Complicated with Pulmonary Tuberculosis and General Hemodialysis Patients

目的对维持性血液透析合并肺结核患者与普通人群肺结核患者的临床特点进行对比分析.方法选取2018年-2020年维持性血液透析合并肺结核患者200例作为病例组,同等病例数普通肺结核患者作为对照组,分析对比两组的临床特点.结果两组患者的临床症状均无统计学差异(P>0.05);两组患者在用药后的不良反应发生率有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗有效率在两组患者间具有统计学差异(P<0.05).结论维持性血液透析合并肺结核与普通人群肺结核患者相较,临床表现相同,但前者用药后不良反应较多,治疗有效率较低.

Objective To compare and analyze the clinical characteristics of patients with maintenance hemodialysis combined with pulmonary tuberculosis and the general hemodialysis patients.Methods 100 patients with maintenance hemodialysis combined with pulmonary tuberculosis from 2018 to 2020 were selected as the case group,and the same number of patients with ordinary pulmonary tuberculosis was selected as the control group.The clinical characteristics of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results There was no significant difference in clinical symptoms between the two groups(P>0.05).There were differences in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups after medication(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment was statistically different between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical manifestations of maintenance hemodialysis complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis are the same as those of general hemodialysis patients,but the former has more adverse reactions and lower treatment efficiency.
