尿毒症血液透析患者血脂变化及临床意义

Blood Lipid Changes and Clinical Significance in Patients with Uremia Hemodialysis

目的探讨尿毒症血液透析患者血脂变化及临床意义.方法选取2020年1月至2020年12月尿毒症血液透析患者60例为实验组,60例健康体检者为对照组,均为其实施血脂指标检测,对其TC(血浆胆固醇)、TG(甘油三酯)、LDL(低密度脂蛋白)、HDL(高密度脂蛋白)、ApOA1(载脂蛋白A1)、ApOB(载脂蛋白B)等血脂检测的结果进行分析.结果实验组ApOB、LDL、TG、TC水平高于对照组,其ApOA1、HDL水平低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组治疗后ApOB、LDL、TG、TC水平高于治疗前,其ApOA1、HDL水平低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论尿毒症患者存在脂质代谢异常的情况,为其实施血液透析治疗,会加重其脂质代谢紊乱的程度.临床上应积极采取有效措施干预来纠正患者的脂质代谢紊乱情况,从而更好改善患者的病情.

Objective This paper aims to explore the changes of blood lipid in patients with uremia hemodialysis and its clinical significance.Methods From January 2020 to December 2020,60 patients with uremia hemodialysis were selected as the experimental group,while 60 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.The results of TC(plasma cholesterol),TG(triglyceride),LDL(low density lipoprotein),HDL(high density lipoprotein),ApoA1(apolipoprotein A1)and ApoB(apolipoprotein B)were analyzed.Results The levels of ApoB,LDL,TG and TC in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of ApoA1 and HDL were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of ApoB,LDL,TG and TC in the experimental group were higher than before treatment,while the levels of ApoA1 and HDL were lower than before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion There is abnormal lipid metabolism in patients with uremia,and hemodialysis treatment for them will aggravate the degree of lipid metabolism disorder.In clinical practice,effective measures should be taken to correct the lipid metabolism disorder of patients and better improve the condition of patients.
