优质护理服务模式在骨科人工关节置换患者护理中应用的效果评价

Evaluation of the Effect of High Quality Nursing Service Mode in the Nursing of Patients with Artificial Joint Replacement in Orthopedic Department

目的探究于骨科人工关节置换患者护理中优质护理服务模式临床应用效果分析.方法研究收集院骨科收治的人工关节置换术患者为分析对象,共计56例,依据蓝红双色进行1-28数列分布,均分小组,28例分设传统组,辅以常规骨科护理服务模式,28例分设观察组,辅以优质护理服务模式.结果观察组患者术后拆线时间、初次下床活动时间及术后住院时间均显著短于传统组时间,满意评分均显著高于传统组评分,术后疼痛评分显著低于传统组评分,统计校验表意义(P<0.05).结论于骨科人工关节置换患者护理中优质护理服务模式具有积极引导价值,于患者骨愈合及满意度提升有显著增益效果.

Objective This paper aims to explore the efect of clinical application of high quality nursing service model in the nursing of patients with artifcial joint replacement in orthopedics.Methods A total of 56 patients with artificial joint replacement in orthopedics department of the research institute were analyzed.The study cases were selected from October 2017 to October 2018.They were divided into groups according to the 1-28 sequence distribution of blue and red.28 patients were divided into traditional group,routine orthopedic nursing service mode,observation group and high-quality nursing service mode.Results In the observation group,the time of suture removal,the time of first getting out of bed and the time of hospitalization were signifcantly shorter than that in the traditional group,the satisfaction score was significantly higher than that in the traditional group,the postoperative pain score was significantly lower than that in the traditional group,and the significance of the statistical check table(P<0.05).Conclusion The high quality nursing service mode in the nursing of patients with artificial joint replacement in orthopedic department has a positive guiding value,and has a significant gain effect in the improvement of patients'bone healing and satisfaction.
