乌司他丁联合连续性静脉-静脉血液过滤对高脂血症重症胰腺炎患者炎症指标及血清Visfatin、Ghrelin水平的影响

Effects of Ulinastatin Combined with CVVH on Inflammation Indexes and Serum Visfatin and Ghrelin Levels in Patients with Hyperlipidemia and Severe Pancreatitis

目的探讨乌司他丁联合连续性静脉-静脉血液过滤(CVVH)对高脂血症重症胰腺炎(HLSAP)患者炎症指标及血清内脂素(Visfatin)、饥饿激素(Ghrelin)水平的影响.方法对我院2017年1月-2019年5月收治的60例HLSAP患者按随机双盲法分为2组,各30例.对照组用CVVH治疗,研究组加用乌司他丁.比较两组治疗情况、炎症指标及血清Visfatin、Ghrelin水平.结果研究组治疗情况优于对照组,治疗14 d后炎症指标、Visfatin、Ghrelin水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论乌司他丁联合CVVH治疗HLSAP可提高近期疗效,降低机体炎症反应与Visfatin、Ghrelin水平,值得推广.

Objective This paper aims to investigate the effects of ulinastatin combined with continuous veno-venous he-mofiltration(CVVH)on inflammation indexes and serum levels of visfatin and ghrelin in patients with hyperlipidemia and severe pancreatitis(HLSAP)influences.Methods 60 patients with HLSAP who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to May 2019 were divided into 2 groups according to random double-blind method,30 cases each.The control group was treated with CVVH,and the study group was added with ulinastatin.The treatment status,inflammation indicators,and serum Visfatin and Ghrelin levels were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment in the study group was better than that in the control group.The levels of inflammation,Visfatin and Ghrelin were lower than those in the control group after 14 days of treatment,and the diference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ulinastatin combined with CVVH in the treatment of HLSAP can improve the short-term efficacy,reduce the body's inflammatory response and Visfatin and Ghrelin levels,and it is worthy of promotion.
