摘要
给出了一种基于斯图加特驾驶模拟器虚拟控制单元的主观标定方法,实现了一款双离合变速器的完全虚拟化控制单元的标定.通过离线模拟及实验设计方法,生成关于换档舒适性和换档规律的最佳数据集.然后,在驾驶模拟器上测试数据集,以此开展测试人员主观驾驶体验研究.结果表明,换挡操作过程可以有效复现,同时不同数据集的差异可以主观识别.
This contribution presents a method for the subjective calibration of virtual control units at the Stuttgart driving simulator.The focus of the study was the calibration of a fully virtualized control unit for a dualclutch transmission.Optimal data sets regarding shift comfort and shift time were generated by offline simulations in combination with design of experiment methods.These data sets have been tested in a full motion driving simulator as part of a test person study.It could be proven that shifting operations are realistically represented and the changes of the calibration data are subjectively distinguishable.
