小半径匝道桥20m小箱梁架桥机安装施工技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 以梅平高速公路田兴互通立交B匝道桥为背景,论述了小半径匝道桥架桥机安装20 m小箱梁施工技术,重点阐述了其工艺原理、架桥机的改装、梁板安装施工以及施工安全保证措施。小半径架梁的核心工作原理是将该孔梁板当成是斜交梁板架设。通过改装和加装架桥机的中托系统、前支腿系统、横向联系结构、行走轨道等结构使架桥机达到平转功能,适用于小半径桥梁梁板架设。小半径梁板架设过程较普通架梁过程需重点注意横移轨道铺设角度、主导梁的平转和喂梁过程的控制。本案例为同类工程施工提供了可参考的实践经验,便于小半径架梁施工的广泛推广应用。 In this paper,the author takes Tianxing Interchange B Ramp Bridge of Meiping Expressway as the background to discuss the installation and construction technology of 20 m small box girder bridge girder erection machine for smeill radius ramp bridge,he also describes the technological principle,modification of bridge girder erection machine,installation and construction of beam and plate as well as construction safety measures in detail.When it comes to the core working principle of small radius frame beam,it is to set up the orifice beam plate as oblique beam plate.Besides,the bridge girder erection machine can achieve the flat rotation function by modifying and installing the central support system,the anterior outrigger system,the transverse connection structure and the walking track of it,which is suitable for the erection of small radius bridge beams and slabs.As for the installation process of small radius beam and plate,it is necessary to pay attention to the laying angle of the transverse track,the translation of the main beam and the control of the beam feeding process when it is compared with common frame beam process.As a result,this case provides the practical experience for the construction of similar projects,which is convenient for the wide popularization and application of precast beam and slab construction with small radius.
