摘要
在建筑结构设计图基础上,以工地快速高精度组装为目的,结合生产及运输条件,对钢结构进行分块深化设计,针对两种工地快速连接结构进行对比。依托工程项目,全流程跟踪工厂生产及工地安装,研究两种连接方式生产工艺,摸索工地安装技术,持续优化设计结构。结果表明:连接法兰式钢结构产品质量高,生产工艺稳定,工地能实现快速高精度安装,安装技术需求较低,但生产成本较高,产能受大机床限制;连接板式同样能实现快速高精度安装,成本及设备需求较低,但生产工艺稳定性较差,生产及安装过程中需技术人员全程监控指导。在产能充足的情况下,连接法兰式钢结构是较优选择,但需进一步研究进行成本控制,若能攻克技术瓶颈,提高工艺稳定性,连接板式无疑是最优选择。
Based on the design of the building structure as well as production and transportation conditions,the in-depth design and research of the steel structure were carried out and two kinds of connection structures were compared for the purpose of fast and precise installation on the site.Relying on the engineering project and the full flow track of production and site installation,the paper researched two kinds of connection techniques,explored the site installation technology and optimized the design structure continuously.The results show that the connecting flange steel structure products are of high quality and the production process is steady,which can achieve fast and precise installation with low installation cost;however,the cost of production is high and the production is limited by the machine tools.Meanwhile,the connecting plate can also achieve fast and precise installation with low production cost and device requirements,but its process stability is relatively low so that the whole process of production and installation needs monitoring and instructing.So,with sufficient capacity,the connecting flange steel structure is a higher preference,but its production cost needs further research.However,the connecting plate will be the best choice undoubtedly if technical bottleneck is overcome and process stability improved.
