地铁轨排并主体结构设计与分析

摘要 地铁结构设计中,轨排井因其自身大尺寸开洞的结构特点,结构设计与分析显得尤为突出.本文结合合肥地铁4号线新海大道站轨排井设计案例,首先简述了轨排井围护结构和主体结构的设计思路,并根据周边环境对本设计方案进行了简要介绍,分析了“环框梁+肢墙”轨排井结构形式的优缺点.同时采用三维有限元软件进行模拟计算,分别从变形和受力的角度分析轨排施工期间的轨排井结构,提出了顶、中板刚度和刚度比对结构受力性能的影响,验证了“环框梁+肢墙”轨排井结构形式的优点,为类似工程设计提供参考. In the structural design of the metro.the design and analysis of the track panel shaft are significant because of the structural featⅢe of large-sized openings.In combination witlI the design case of the track panel shaft for the Xinhai Avenue Station on Hefei Metro Line 4,this paper first introduces a design idea of a periphery structure and a main structure of the track panel shaft,and briefly describes the design idea in term of the surrounding environment,and then analyzes advantages and disadvantages of the track panel shaft structure of“ring beam plus coupled wall”.Further.three·dimensional finite element software is used for computation.to briefly analyze the track panel shaft structure during the construction of the track panel shaft from perspectives of deformation and stress.In addition,the paper puts forward the impact of the stiffness and the stiffness ratio of the top and middle plates on the structure stress performance,and verifies the advantages of the track panel shaft structure of“ring beam plus coupled wall”,which could provide a reference for similar engineering design.
