摘要 针对泥水盾构环流系统中极为常见的排浆泵添加接力泵的实际需求,在接入时机合理选择的问题上,摒弃了以往仅凭传统经验的做法,充分结合相关流体力学知识与专业生产厂家经验,从不同的接入位置入手,在预留适度冗余系数的基础上,创新性地尝试将初始排浆泵分别达到其功率及扬程的理论极限,综合考虑最小值,并在随后的实际安装应用中得到了较好的验证,在同类的泥水盾构工程特别是长大泥水隧道施工中,具有一定的借鉴意义与推广价值. Aimed at the practical demand of adding relay pumps to slury discharge pumps in mud shield circulation system,the traditional practice was abandoned on reasonable choice of access time,an innovative attempt was made to put the initial slurry discharge pumps into operation on the basis of reserving appropriate redundancy coefficient and fully combining relevant hydrodynamic knowledge and professional manufacturer's experience.The theoretical limits of power and height had been reached respectively.By comprehensive considerations minimal value,the subsequent practical installation and application had been well verified.It had certain reference significance and popularization value in similar slurry shield engineering,especially in the construction of long slurry tunnel..
