咸安区公共检验检测机构运转现状与发展思考

Operation status and development prospects of public inspection and testing institutions in Xian’an district

公共检验检测资源是经济发展、社会管理和公共事务的技术支撑,是区域发展的重要战略资源。近年来,县级公共检验检测中心在机构整合过程中遇到了一些困难,也取得了一定的成效。本文结合湖北省咸宁市咸安区公共检验检测中心的机构整合、建设和面临的问题进行总结论述,对取得的成效和存在的问题进行分析,并从多方面提出相关对策建议,以期为县级公共检验检测资源的整合、机构的发展提供借鉴和参考,为公共检验检测事业的发展提供新思路。

Public inspection and testing resources are the technical support for economic development,social management,and public affairs,which are important strategic resources for regional development.In recent years,county-level public inspection and testing centers have encountered some difficulties in the process of institutional integration,and have achieved certain results.This paper summarized and discussed the institutional integration,construction and problems faced by the public inspection and testing center in Xian’an District,Xianning City,Hubei Province,analyzed the achievements and existing problems,and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions with various points,in order to provide references for the integration of county-level public inspection and testing resources and the development of institutions,and provide new ideas for the development of public inspection and testing undertakings.
