2022年昆明市售白酒中甲醇监测结果分析

摘要 目的了解2022年昆明市市售白酒中甲醇含量情况。方法按照GB 5009.266—2016《食品安全国家标准食品中甲醇的测定》对白酒样品中的甲醇进行测定,依据GB 2527—2012《食品安全国家标准蒸馏酒及配制酒》对检测结果进行评价。结果本次监测白酒中甲醇总体合格率、检出率分别为91.67%、50.00%,其中瓶装酒和散装酒合格率分别为100%和83.33%,不同包装类型白酒合格率差异具有统计学意义(x^(2)=5.46,P<0.05)。白酒中甲醇含量总体分布为0~0.868 g/L,均值为0.144 g/L,中位数为0.205 g/L,本次监测的白酒中甲醇含量整体较低、跨度较大。结论瓶装白酒中甲醇合格情况良好,散装白酒甲醇含量存在超标情况,消费者购买时应仔细甄别,同时建议食品安全监管部门将市场上散装白酒作为重点监督对象。 Objective To investigate the methanol content of liquor sold in Kunming City in 2022.Methods The methanol in Baijiu samples were determined according to GB 5009.266—2016 National standards for food safety-Determination of methanol in food,and the test results were evaluated according to GB 2527—2012 National standards for food safety-Distilled and prepared wine.Results In this monitoring,the overall qualification rate and detection rate of methanol in Baijiu were 91.67%and 50.00%,respectively,of which the qualification rates of bottled liquor and bulk liquor were 100%and 83.33%,respectively.There was a statistically significant difference in the qualification rate of Baijiu of different packaging types(x^(2)=5.46,P<0.05).The overall distribution of methanol content in Baijiu were 0-0.868 g/L,with an average of 0.144 g/L,the median was 0.205 g/L,the methanol content in Baijiu monitored this time was generally low and the span was large.Conclusion The qualified methanol in bottled Baijiu is well,and the methanol content in bulk Baijiu exceeds the standard.Consumers shall carefully identify when purchasingit,and it is suggested that the food safety supervision department should focus on the bulk Baijiu in the market.
