热塑弹性体制品橄榄油总迁移量测定方法存在的问题探讨

摘要 目的分析热塑性弹性体制品(thermoplastic elastomer products,TEP)在进行橄榄油总迁移量测试过程中关键问题点,提高此类材质检测结果的准确性和数据的可靠性。方法选取8批TPE制品按照新发布的GB 31604.8—2021《食品安全国家标准食品接触材料及制品总迁移量的测定》进行橄榄油总迁移试验,分析其适宜性判定、水分敏感性确认及调理结果、试样吸收橄榄油成分的变化情况、索氏提取次数及橄榄油总迁移量数据检出情况。结果选取的8批TPE试样中有6批试样对水分敏感,2批试样适宜性判定不通过;通过适宜性判定进行橄榄油总迁试验的6批试样中,2批试样吸附的橄榄油在经过甲酯化反应上机测试后橄榄油成分会发生变化;所有试样均需要进行乙醚多次提取,有3批试样总迁移量结果不合格。结论对于TPE试样,应重点关注其适宜性判定、水分敏感性确认和橄榄油萃取次数等步骤,同时需评估橄榄油作为模拟物的适宜性,以保证测试结果的有效性和准确性。 Objective To analyze the key problems in the process of testing the total migration of olive oil for thermoplastic elastomer products(TEP),and improve the accuracy of the testing results and the reliability of the data.Methods Eight batches of TPE products were selected to conduct olive oil total migration test according to the newly released GB 31604.8—2021 National standard for food safety-Determination of total migration of food contact materials and products.The suitability determination,moisture sensitivity confirmation and conditioning results,changes of olive oil components absorbed by the sample,Soxhlet extraction times and total oliveo il migration data detection were analyzed.Results Among the 8 baetsc hof TPE sma ples,6 batches were sensitive to water,and 2 batches failed to pass the suitability test.Among the 6 batches of olive oil samples tested by the suitability determination,the olive oil composition of 2 batches of samples adsorbed by the methyl ester reaction would change after the machine test.All samples needed to be extracted by ether multiple times,and the results of total migration of 3 batches of samples were unqualified.Conclusion For TPE samples,attention shall be paid to the steps of suitability determination,moisture sensitivity confirmation and olive oil extraction times,and the suitability of olive oil as a mimic should be evaluated to ensure the validity and accuracy of the test results.
