单因素方差分析洁净水中硅酸盐的定量测定能力验证结果

Analysis of quantitative determination capability validation results of silicates in clean water by one-way analysis of variance

目的采用单因素方差分析洁净水中硅酸盐定量测定能力验证的结果.方法实验室参加英国政府化学家实验室组织的洁净水中硅酸盐能力验证活动,应用多种方法进行样品测定,获得多组原始数据,同时进行质控试验.采用变异系数分析组内原始数据的偏离程度,采用方差分析检验原始数据组内组间的显著性差异程度,剔除异常值后选取合适的集中趋势特征值作为洁净水中硅酸盐的含量值.结果本次PT-AQ605-02S能力验证样品硅酸盐含量测定结果为7.81 mg/L,Z值为0.16.结论本次能力验证结果评价为满意,表明采用单因素方差分析能够有效分析评估能力验证的测定结果.

Objective To analyze of quantitative determination capability validation results of silicates in clean water based on one-way analysis of variance.Methods The laboratory participated in the verification activities of silicate capacity in clean water organized by the British Government Chemist Laboratory,the sample was detected by a variety of methods,multiple sets of raw datas were obtained,and quality control tests were conducted at the same time.Coefficient of variation was used to analyze the deviation degree of the original data in the group,and one-way analysis of variance was used to test the degree of significant difference between the groups in the original data group.After removing the outliers,appropriate central tendency characteristic values were selected as the content value of silicate in clean water.Results The silicate content of the PT-AQ605-2S capacity verification sample in this round was 7.81 mg/L,and the Z value was 0.16.Conclusion The results of this ability verification are evaluated as satisfactory,indicating that the one-way analysis of variance of variance can effectively analyze the results of the evaluation ability verification.
