摘要
食品安全是重大的民生工程、民心工程.食品安全抽样检验是食品安全监管工作的有力抓手和食品安全保障的重要举措,检验机构作为食品安全监管的技术支持,应制定行之有效的抽样检验工作方案,为高质量开展食品安全抽样检验工作提供指导,最终达到提高抽检效能、保障抽检工作客观性、更好地服务民生需求和食品安全监管的目的.本文主要从总体要求、职责分工、任务安排、工作时限、工作要求等方面制定食品安全抽样检验工作方案进行论述,为检验机构提供参考.
Food safety is a major project for people's livelihood and people's hearts.Food safety sampling inspection is a strong grip on food safety supervision and food safety protection of important initiatives,inspection agencies as a technical support for food safety supervision,should develop effective sampling inspection work program,to provide guidance for high-quality food safety sampling inspection work,finally the purpose of improving the efficiency of sampling inspection,ensuring the objectivity of sampling inspection,better serving the needs of people's livelihood and food safety supervision is achieved.This paper mainly discussed the work plan of food safety sampling inspection from the aspects of overall requirements,division of responsibilities,task arrangement,work time limit and work requirements,so as to provide reference for inspection institutions.
